The strong series of storms forecasted to hit California have begun their assault. SPC has issued a 2% tor probability for coastal, central California. Severe thunderstorm warnings have gone up near San Francisco and flash flood warnings in the Jesusita burn area.

Currently, pea size hail and 50 mph winds being reported in and around the San Francisco area. According to radar, storm rain totals approaching 3.5".

Going to be an active afternoon on the west coast!
