* AT 214 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION NEAR NEW MARKET...MOVING
EAST AT 30 MPH.
