Severe weather can be expected today across the very heart of Nebraska extending northward to include portion of far south central South Dakota and possible portions of northern Kansas. However the best threat for an isolated tornado today will probably be where the greatest CAPE is and that is a narrow area from near Lake Andes, SD to Winner, SD then southward to around Burwell, NE... there is also an enhanced area of CAPE in south central NE... the chances of isolated supercells and tornadoes in very meak today despite some decent shear, not to mention 50 dew points (however the spread wont be too much as highs will be only reaching the low - mid 70s)
Target: O'Neill, NE
